  1. Service Provider
    • Services are provided by Premier Party Kft. (Tax ID: 32581296-2-42, Reg: 01-09-431795).
    • Seat: 1067 Budapest, Csengery utca 45. 1. em. 11. ajtó.
  2. Scope of Services
    • Budapest Tours provides premium private airport transfers, VIP logistics, and curated private tours within Hungary.
  3. Booking & Confirmation
    • A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation is sent by us via WhatsApp or Email. Please ensure all flight/pickup details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.
  4. Cancellation & Refunds
    • Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
    • Late Cancellation: Within 24 hours of the service, a 50% fee may apply.
    • No-show: 100% of the service fee will be charged if the driver is at the location and the customer does not appear within 60 minutes (for airport pickups) or 15 minutes (for city pickups).
  5. Liability
    • We strive for 100% punctuality. However, Premier Party Kft. is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including extreme weather, sudden road closures, or unforeseen traffic accidents.
  6. Passenger Conduct
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual displaying abusive, illegal, or heavily intoxicated behavior to ensure the safety of our staff and equipment. Smoking and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
